Shipping

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. When the order is processed, the delivery times are as follows:

- Europe: 2/4 working days

- Rest of the world: 5/7 working days

Shipping times for orders paid by bank transfer will be calculated starting from confirmation of payment.

C10 studios cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond the brand's control.

From the moment the items are shipped it will no longer be possible to change the destination address.

COSTS

Shipping costs are €10 in Italy, €20 in Europe and throughout the rest of the world

Free shipping is available for orders over €250.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The prices of the products displayed on our website do not include any local taxes and customs duties.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer agrees to pay these amounts directly upon receipt of the package according to the methods indicated by the courier.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, the customer receives an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY

The customer undertakes to accept delivery of his package. Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check that the package is not damaged and that the correct items are inside.

If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (prolonged absence, wrong address, wrong contacts, etc.) or if for other reasons the customer refuses delivery, any shipping costs will be deducted from any refund to the customer.

The complaint regarding damages and/or missing items must be received within 7 days from the delivery date by writing an email to info@c10-studios.com
