Returns and Refunds

TO MAKE A RETURN FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW:

The request must be made no later than 7 days from receiving the shipment by writing to the email info@c10-studios.com specifying the order number and the item to be returned.

The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged in any of its parts.

The product must be returned intact in its original packaging without any signs of wear.

Shipment must take place within 14 days to the following address:

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange goods, the new product will be shipped after receiving the previously purchased item and having checked its conditions.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the customer does not wish to exchange goods, he can request a full refund which will be made within 5 days of receiving the item using the same payment method as the order. The refund is subject to verification of the product, which must not show signs of wear, washing or discrepancies compared to the original.

COSTS

The return shipping costs will be borne by the seller only if there are obvious defects or discrepancies in the product, in all other cases the costs will be borne by the customer.

In the event of a return, the shipping costs of the item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
